Got me quotes the same day. Time was of the essence. We had a board meeting that day. I was able to get the quotes approved. Perfection started the repairs the next day and they ordered the new unit. Amazing company , I got a new Ac unit installed and the process from start to finish was so easy. The owner came out and actually went into my attic to look at everything. I found out my previous company wasn’t performing the proper maintenance and had been charging me for repairs that never had been done. Perfection Air was honest and showed me pictures of the issues and gave me options to either repair or replace. I chose to replace my system because of the age and I’m glad I did. My electric bill dropped significantly and the new Bosch unit is so quiet. It’s everything Perfection Air said it would be.

On one of the unexpected hot days last week my a/c went out. My niece was over and told me about a new a/c company that just opened up in the East Valley. I gave them a call and they sent a technician right over. From start to finish they were polite and knowledgeable and even showed me pictures of the problem. I had a leak in my coil and had no refrigerant. He was able to braise it and filled my unit back up and I was cooling in no time. I was pleasantly surprised when he showed me the invoice. He removed the service call fee and gave me a 5% discount for being a new customer. That helped because refrigerant isn’t cheap! I will definitely call them for my fall maintenance!
